Dave... hello! It's Kendra... just got back from six weeks at Oxford- the one in England (also went to Ireland, Wales, and Scotland)- kick ass... but I am So jelouse you are in Zion. That is one of my absolute favorite places in the world- if you are still there you should go through cascade canyon. You have to take a ferry across Jenny Lake to get to it, and most people just go the first 2 miles to the lookout point, BUT if you keep going you can go I think 8 miles in and it is amaaaaazing. Also, my other favorite thing there is getting up at like 6am (just do it and go to sleep afterwards) and look at the mountains- they get purple because the sun rises opposite them. Okay, hopefully you are not out of Zion yet! Bryce is cool too but really small. Have fun!

I spent time in Utah while I was rafting the Colorado River on my outward bound. Make sure you see the stars... they are wicked incredibly amazingly spectacular (if I had more adjectives I'd use them). This time of year be on the lookout for the Leonid meteor showers. *mind blowing*
